Create an abstract 3d model using volume modelling. Remesh the object to generate a good typography based on quads. Create a UV unwrap along seams to create nice uv islands. Set up attributes along the seams to create creases in the cloth simulation. Set up a soft body simulation using Vellum. Tweak settings like restlength, stretch and bend stiffness to achieve a fluffy and soft look.
